Even as Australian society is increasingly inclusive of non-hetronormative identities, those that identify along the spectrum of sexuality and gender continue to face harassment and adverse treatment throughout the legal system.
This session will explore these legal challenges and how law students and lawyers can ensure they are best equipped to support themselves, or as an ally, throughout their career and when advocating for their clients.
